Refund & Cancellation

1. No refunds
All bookings - sessions, workshops, 1-on-1s and retreats - are non-refundable. Once a place is booked and paid for, we do not offer refunds.
2. You can transfer your spot
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just message us on WhatsApp with who is coming in your place, at least 7 days before the start date.
3. No date changes
Bookings cannot be moved to another date or another edition of a session or retreat.
4. Medical emergencies
In a genuine medical emergency, message us - we will do our best to help with a transfer or credit towards a future experience, though this cannot be guaranteed as venue and other costs are already committed.
5. If we cancel
In the rare case we cancel or postpone an experience, you will receive a full refund of what you paid.
